Return our kit

Got a txt from BT today wanting kit returned along with the usual threat to "charge" me for not returning said "kit" 

How can I find out what "kit" they want as there is no ref to what kit that they want returning in the txt  ?

I returned a bag full of stuff to BT Tues 22 March (taking advantage of BT's offer to recycle wires/plugs etc...)

Well, BT has sent a "reminder" by txt msg to my mobile & then an email telling me what it is they are waiting for

Only at BT can you get 2 parts of the same message sent by different messaging systems on the same day to be received at different times by me

I know they have a lot of customers but   🙄
