I returned the Smart Hub 2 and TV Box Pro in the same bag but got charged for not returning the TV Box Pro, despite BT receiving the bag as I had an email confirmation for returning the Smart Hub 2. Can I get a refund on this?

Hi @DanLilley, welcome to the forum and sorry you've been charged for a piece of equipment you've returned to us. We can refund the amount back to you if the charge was raised less than 2 years ago. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team to resolve this.
