Hi I returned my BT hub 2 on the 10/9 - received a message today to say I would be charged £50
I have proof of postage, what can I do?
Go to the Royal mail tracking page, enter your tracking number and print off proof of delivery (preferably as a PDF document) and post it here for one of the moderators to see. they will then take it up on your behalf
Phone BT 0800.800.150 with your proof of postage and they will update your account for you.
