I returned my BT Hub on the 3rd April (Royal Mail Tracking Ref: QXXXXXXXGB), but it doesn't appear to have progressed the the Royal Mail network. I have been back to the post office to confirm that it was collected, but I'm unable to progress any further without raising a claim. Any suggestions?

If it is still in the Royal Mail system there is nothing you can do except chase it up with Royal Mail.
It may be that BT have the item and that Royal Mail have not update their system.
If it has been delivered it is presently taking BT four weeks to update accounts after items have been returned.
You can ether wait until your account is updated or if you prefer you can call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Tracking details and they will update your account for you.
