I posted my equipment back to BT December 2nd, today is January 25th and I’ve been charged £190 for not returning the equipment. I posted it back 8 weeks ago!!!!! I’ve spent all day talking to customer services who won’t help without the Royal Mail tracking number but I can’t find it.
Anyone know what I can do?? I’m so upset and stressed, I don’t have £200 to throw away for something I HAVE returned 😭
