I keep getting messages asking me to return kit which I returned weeks ago, I had an email just a couple of days later confirming it had been received but now I am getting regular requests to return it or I will be charged.. How can I sort this please?

Hi Neil, yes I returned a hub and an extension booster thing in the same bag.
