Returned kit

I keep getting messages asking me to return kit which I returned weeks ago, I had an email just a couple of days later confirming it had been received but now I am getting regular requests to return it or I will be charged.. How can I sort this please?

Hi @Catm66 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry about this. Did you have more than one item of equipment to return and was the same returns bag used?

Hi Neil, yes I returned a hub and an extension booster thing in the same bag.
