Returning Equipment

Well gents, here I am again!

Your help last week was excellent, thank you, but the result is that
we wakened a sleeping Dragon!

When I moved here, 2 years and 3 months ago, there was no working
landline, so I was issued with a Mini Hub, the line was eventually connected,
but the engineer wasn't interested in the mini hub, do what you like with it,
or some such words, anyway, I still have the hub and the latest activities in
my account, has stirred up the system, I have received dire warnings that I
should return the hub, or suffer financial consequences, unfortunately I do
not have any return packaging or labels, nor can I find out where to ask for
some, there is no place that I can fin in "My BT", where I can ask.

Once again, can you help me on this, please.

Hi, @MikeM3 I can see @DavidM was helping you the other day and the change of plan did trigger a cancellation of the 4G mini hub as it's not included as part of the new plan.

I've ordered you a returns bag so you can post it back.

Thank you Neil, I have had that hub for over 2 years and other changes never triggered it,

still it is safe here and I will return it as soon as I get a label, hopefully they won't send me

a huge big bag, but they probably will.

@MikeM3 No problem, the returns packaging only comes in one size to accommodate all the different types of equipment we provide.
