Returning equipment email

After switching my broadband to someone else, I have returned my equipment using the bags sent I’ve Royal Mail and I keep getting emails telling me I still need to return it or I will be charged. The equipment was sent back in early January so should have been received by now. 

I obviously don’t want to be charged for this. Can someone help with what to do about this?

I'm sorry if you're still getting emails from BT asking you to return your equipment. If you send me your details, I'll be able to make sure that the equipment has been marked as being returned.
