BT sent me a TV mini box instead of a Disc…a simple picking error.
They’ve now sent me the right equipment, and I returned the mini box on 6 February using the pre-paid return bag they sent me. Since then I’ve received numerous automatic remainders from them to return the equipment or else I’ll be charged.
How do I get them to stop sending these reminders?

I am sorry that you're getting the reminders still.
It can take a few weeks before our systems fully reflect that you've returned your equipment to us.

As advised on the call I can see the equipment has been returned to us so I've marked it as returned and you shouldn't receive any more messages in relation to returning it.
