Returning homehub?

I ended the contract with BT in January but so far there has been no prepaid returns packaging promised to be sent to me  when I closed the account.  The website's help section tells me to "log-in" and order a returns bag in "return my kit" - nowhere to be found on the site... Either edit your help files or add the option, rather than baffle people and encourage filling landfills with electronics ... I would like to be environmentally aware and return it for recycling but how?

Call BT 0800.800.150 and ask them to send you a returns bag.

Took 30 minutes to get answered - was it worth it? FYI select "thinking of leaving BT" as an option, that normally gets the quickest response.
