I closed two domestic BT accounts about 6 weeks ago and sent back all the kit for the two accounts in one bag. I now work overseas and am getting constant “reminders” to return kit from one of the accounts that they’ve already got back. Now they’re going to try and bill me for it.
I’ve tried calling through but just get the runaround. Is there any form of email contact I can try or are these reminders just a part of my life now..? 🙄
