I've just received a text and an email telling me that they have not received my kit and they are charging me £139. I sent it back 29th March 2023 at 1:22 and I have the PO receipt to prove it. Why am I still being charged?

You can give us a call on 0330 1234 150 with the tracking ref and our customer services team will update this for you,
