Returning kit

Hi guys, I have been asked to return my kit and I was sent 2 bags. Do they really want us to just put them in a bag with no protection? I don’t have boxes for these. Also , one of my Wi-Fi discs was already sent back as it was faulty. They are asking me for 2 and I only have 1. They are also holding my refund from switching providers, probably until this is returned. I am seeing posts on here with folk returning gear but it not being acknowledged at BT end. There is also a time limit to return kit but says up to 3 weeks to process. Any responses are welcome.

Re: Returning kit

Won’t the kit get damaged in just a plastic bag?

Re: Returning kit

everyone else just returns the kit in bags provided and it is BT who is providing the bags. never seen any posts on forum about BT complaining about way returned kit is received.
