Returning kit

I returned the BT kit to you in the white bag provided, took it to the post office on the 1st November and  got a receipt. You received it back on the 4th November. However you are still emailing me saying you have not received it despite phoning an agent on the 23 November who confirmed safe receipt. 

Again today 7 December another email. !!

Would you please confirm once and for all that you gave got the kit back and please stop contacting me.

Welcome to the BT Community and thanks for posting!

I am sorry that you keep receiving reminders to return your equipment.  I understand that you returned the equipment on 1st November and obtained a proof of postage.  I appreciate the time you had taken to call the helpdesk and everything should have been marked as returned at that stage.  We can pick up from here and get this resolved.

You posted the details publicly so I have had to remove them.  I have sent you a message privately.  Have a look at the envelope symbol (top right corner of the page) and click on that.  You'll see my message asking you to complete some details and reply that way.

Once you do you'll join our queue and as soon as you reach the top one of the guides will be in touch to help get this sorted.
