Mt BT contract is ending tonight and i am moving to another provider. I have had emails saying I need to return the equipment which I am happy to do. But the emails direct me to links I cannot find on My BTwebsite!
So can someone direct me to where I need to look for the link?
Hi, @Clayman Thanks for posting, I'm sorry for any confusion caused. Returns packaging will be ordered automatically after you leave BT and should arrive within 7 days of the broadband stopping.
Also, the links to order replacement or extra returns bags won't be visible in your MyBT until after your BT services stop.
