My 12 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with BT has come to an end (original query about that here https://community.bt.com/t5/Bills-Packages/Xbox-game-pass-ultimate-lost-subscription-time/m-p/227649...) and I now see that MyBT shows no "active" content partners anymore.
However, my Xbox Game Pass subscription in my Microsoft Account management centre is still showing up as being "Managed by BT/EE".
When will BT hand back my subscription management to Microsoft?
