I have been battling since July for my reward card as promised I would receive when I took out my broadband contract, despite numerous emails and phone calls I’ve still received nothing. I’m just recovering from brain surgery and not being able to get this resolved is hindering my recovery. Does anyone have any advice and has anyone successfully claimed their reward card???

I am sorry you have been having issues getting your rewards card issue resolved, I hope you have been otherwise recovering ok and we certainly don't want to be adding any additional stress to your recovery.
I would like to see if we can help you with this. Just to confirm the current situation to understand how to help, did you receive your e-mail about claiming the reward card and have been able to submit your claim on the claim page?
When you mention calling and e-mailing, that is the BT Reward Card Service team on 0344 879 1068 or email bt@purecard.com you have been speaking to?
What have they advised you so far and on your latest update about your reward card claim?

i have spoken with the reward card team and they have advised they haven’t received anything from BT to be able to issue this. I have raised several complaints directly to BT and they just say to wait a few days and the reward will come through. I was sent an email back in July telling me to claim the reward but when I log in there is nothing there to claim. My latest contact was with Greg at reward card team ref VOL013-************ saying they haven’t received anything so I spoke with John-Paul @ BT on 3.10 ref VOL 013-************ he said to wait 5 working days and then the email would come through to be able to claim but again I’ve received nothing.

Did you actually manage to get this resolved? Did you receive your reward card?
No they haven't BT said they will credit my bill with £70 but as i pay monthly direct debit how am i ever supposed to get the moneyback.
That’s a shame, But atleast you are going to get a credit for £70, Thanks for letting me know
it will credited to your account so when next bill due it will be offset against you normal DD payment so you will pay less and if DD normally less than £70 then you will pay nothing for that month. So reasonable expect to recoup your £70 in most 2 months
