Reward Card

I cannot claim my reward card. When I signed up for fibre 2 broadband it was advertised with a £100 Mastercard reward. I’ve waited 2 weeks since my service start date. I do have multiple old accounts but when I press on my new account to claim to reward card it’s just a blank screen. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

I am sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card.  Give my colleagues a shout in the helpdesk on 0800 800 150.  The team should be able to help sort this out.

Just a quick post to follow up with you. How did you get on when calling that number, were they able to claim that Reward Card for you?
