Reward card/ Multiple Accounts

I am a new customer and have had multiple messages saying I should be able to claim my reward card, however when I click on the link and log in it shows I have two accounts. When I click on the correct one (the new one) I then just get a blank screen and no access to the reward card. Is there a way to progress this?

I would also like to delete the old account - it's from quite a few years ago. Can that be done?

Hi @TomBrazier1, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

It's the old account on the BTID that is most likely stopping you claiming the reward. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll get the old account removed and reward claimed for you.

I've claimed the reward card for you. Please reply back to my PM with the requested information and I'll be happy to remove the old account for you.
