I've re-joined BT Broadband and have two previous accounts. When I use the email link to claim my reward card it offers me the three accounts but won't let me select the new one. The 'button' seems stuck on one of the old accounts so I can't get to the reward card page.

Sorry you're having problems claiming your reward. Can you just confirm when the order was placed and when the service(s) were activated?

Hi David, the order was placed on 18th Jan but won’t go live until 7th Feb.

Thanks for replying back. you would still be subject to a cooling off period once the order goes live but we should be able to help with the myBT issues to allow you to claim.
