Reward card not received

Hi

I took out a new broadband package and claimed for the £70 reward card on 8th April. I've received and email saying that my virtual reward card has been sent but I haven't received anything. Checked daily since in my junk folder also but nothing. I've noticed that on logging into my bt account the reward has disappeared. Could someone please help me resolve this? Thanks
