Hi, I've been unable to claim the reward card that was advertised with my Fibre 2 package. I tried to use the "contact us" link in the FAQ but the page fails to load with a "Fatal error."

The page simply says
"There are no rewards waiting to be claimed."

Thank you for replying. How did you place your order, was it online or over the phone?
In your confirmation email after your order, did it mention the BT Reward Card?

It was online, via a link through TCB's compare tool that led to BT.com directly.
As far as I can see there's no mention of a reward card in any emails.
