Reward card

Hi, 

I keep getting emails and text messages telling me to claim my reward card, but everytime I click the link and log in theres nowhere on the page about the reward card at all. No mention of it anywhere and just going round on circles, if anyone could help or advise that'd be brill thank you.

You need to be out of the 14 day cooling off period.

If you are you should call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 who should be able to help.
