To be fair, and it isn't a criticism, the OP did say they'd claimed it in November. The 30 days has gone well past its sell by date.

When a Moderater gets involved, it gets sorted. You just have to wait now for a Mod to see your post, or look through one of the reams of other Reward card threads, pick a Mod and send them a message for help.
