Hello, I am a new customer with BT and had Fibre 2 installed on 11/11. I am fairly sure that when I signed up there was an offer for a MasterCard reward for £110. However when I login to MyBT, it says no rewards are available. Could you please advise what I can do about this to check if I am right and this was the offer, and how to claim it if so? Many thanks!

Do you remember what date you placed your order? You should receive an email confirmation of the order within a few minutes of when it was placed. Please check and let me know.

I can see that, with my intervention, the reward card was ordered towards the end of last week. You'll have received a separate email confirming this.
