Hi,

I recently purchased full fibre broadband with BT and claimed the 100 pound reward card which I have not yet received. 

A couple days ago I rang BT to see if I could buy some BT WiFi disks to boost my Internet. 

He upgraded me which meant a switch from BT to EE, I dont have a BT account anymore and have to set up a EE account. 

Will I still receive my reward card?

This is odd as EE don't have wifi discs and they certainly won't work with a EE router. 

As for the Reward..unlikely you'll now receive it as it's usually activated when your second bill is paid.

 If you left BT then you probably won't get it.

Hi @Trace66 

Welcome to the community.

If you have moved over to EE, it is very unlikely that you would get the reward card now, as it would need an active BT account for the reward to be sent out as @Kodikid mentioned.

If you contact the Account & Billing guides, they will be able to check for certain for you, and see if anything can be done for the time you did have the new contract with BT.
