Rewards card

I I had bt installed at my property and claimed th £150 rewards card which then sent me an email saying I would recieve it in 30 days, so was due by the 3rd April 

how do I go about chasing this ? 

I had an engineer come out and set everything up etc

@Cll6374  If they are kind, a Moderator on the forum might pick this up for you as often, this appears to be the last ditch route to resolving Rewards Cards issues. You just have to be patient.

If you have claimed your card via BT and your virtual card email hasn't arrived within the period stated under ‘How do I claim my BT Virtual Reward Card’, please contact the BT Reward Card Service team by phone or by email. You can find out more at the Claim your BT Reward Card link @gg30340  posted.
