Unable to log into the My BT app or the BT WiFi app, any time I try, I get errors.
And when I log into MyBT through the browser, I am met with a yellow box that says "You don't have any accounts you can manage" and two buttons "Add an account" or "Back to MyBT".
Clicking "Back to MyBT" does nothing or redirects me back to the same page.
Clicking "Add an account" leads me to try and add an account, asking for my account number. However, when I complete the form, nothing happens and I am stuck back at the start with a yellow box.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
