Switched to BT from Vodafone

Hi , last month agent from BT come to my home and offer me to change broadband from Vidafone to BT , he told me BT will pay for everything( cancellations fee , my last bill ) , everything looked good , so I agreed. Few days ago I received my last bill from Vodafone , then I contacted my agent and also send mail to BT , he told me everything is resolved, but my bill in Vodafone still unpaid .. what i need to do now with BT , looks like i was scammed

Hi, @Rosita have you followed the switching process as shown on the following link? Contract buy out | BT 

It can take 28 days for the money to be transferred.
