They say I’ve moved?

So much hassle since I upgraded to full fibre.

Now my bill says” thank you for staying with BT when moving house”

”this bill covers your old address and new address”

 

What’s that all about? I never moved anywhere.

Phoned several times and went on chat, useless as usual

And my bill has been wrong every month since upgrading ……
