I have transfered to EE mobile from BT mobile a tBTs suggestion,but within my contract which is open until November 2024.Should there be a charge for transferring because BT have added £19.69 to my bill for December .I was led to believe that because EE and BT are the same family there should be no charge.

is it possible you have got a cancellation charge which should not apply when moving to EE from BT if you need to contact CS 03301234150 or billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
