Trying to renew

Hello, I have been trying to renew my contract and it wont let me. I have been with BT since 2017 now and i have always been very happy. I never have any problems with my service so i never bother BT, also I have never missed a payment ever. I have been receiving emails about moving to EE, I assume BT really want me to move to EE.

I have to option to renew at a price cheaper but checkout says to stay as i am ongoing monthly.

try phoning retentions team 08007831401 and see what you can negotiate  make sure you know what is on offer at BT and also with other ISPs to help negotiations
