I just go the email below today 

Your broadband package has Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 months included at no extra cost. You can activate it in the next 14 days.
To get started... then head for the Content Partner section and click Add Now.
Once you've accepted our terms and conditions, you'll be taken to the Microsoft log in page. Make sure you log into the account you'd like to add your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to.

I go to Add Now and tick the box to confirm and then I get the error message.

Thank you for posting. This is an issue with adding the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which we expect to be fixed tomorrow. If you still haven't been able to add it by Wednesday, post back and I'll take a look at this for you.
