Heĺlo, could one of the moderators please help with the following problem:
I requested to cancel my BT landline and broadband on 28 November, and ported away my phone number on 12 December, but I am still being billed for these services. The customer service staff are unable to stop the billing. They attempted three times to cancel my packages but the system is set up to prevent simple cancellation instructions and deletes these cancellation requests! My MyBT online account still shows active landline and broadband packages. Could someone please intervene manually.
