All I want to know is why they have sent us a cheque for over £300. We don't have any services from them so it makes no sense. If I ring the 150 number there isn't an option for this issue. There's no way I can ask online, the chat facility must be hidden in La-la land 'cos it doesn't come up on my PC. And every other option is for stuff that doesn't apply. If there is a human out there that knows the answer that would be great.
