I admit that I bought game pass keys through eneba. Can you disconnect my account from your telecommunications? I am not your customer, I do not have an account/card/number with you. I contacted Microsoft about this, but they say they can't do anything about it and I have to contact you. Please help me and give me a quick answer
Hi @MyersTheHollowed Thanks for posting. I'm sorry this is not something that we can assist you with as you are not a BT customer. You will need to seek a resolution from Microsoft, ensure they understand that BT have not provided you with the Game Pass subscription.
