Hi there, I recently signed up with BT and used an email that already had an old unwanted account linked to it which i forgot about, is there anyway to have this removed or am i stuck?

I am sorry about the old account showing on your BT ID. My colleagues in the helpdesk will be able to get that removed for you. Give them a shout on 0330 1234 150. Feel free to post back and let me know how you get on chatting with them 🙂
