Upgrade to halo 3

Hi thinking of upgrading to halo 3 but don’t want the one handset offered with alexia. How do I order the two free phones instead thanks

DV phones are nothing to do with Halo.

If you have Digital Voice, call 0800 800150 and ask for the 2 basic phones.

The broadband regrades will include a migration to DV on some order journeys, on this occasion the OP is part of the DV migration and not seeing a choice of handsets, so although DV isn't part of Halo, the order journey isn't what they want.
