Hi, I’ve had my emails to say my virtual reward card is ready to be claimed but when I log in to MY BT and choose my account (I manage two others) I just get a blank screen. I’ve noticed my account number doesn’t have the GB at the start. My service has been running for two weeks now, any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Sianos,
When you go to the screen to claim the virtual reward card, does it show your account on the top right or one of the other accounts?
If you see 02 instead of GB, don't worry as they are interchangeable.

Many thanks for your response. When i follow the link to claim via email it takes me to log into my BT account. I log in and i'm asked to choose account (mine is selected at the top of the choose account list with no GB)
With my account selected i click continue and get taken to a blank screen apart from BT headers and footers
