Virtual reward card

Hi, 

 

I have a £150 virtual reward card as part of joining bt I activated on 23rd and the cooling off period is over. I had 2 emails yesterday at 02:51 stating reward on its way and then that id receive shortly. And then these were resent as texts at 9am. I still haven’t had anything since. Confused as shortly would make you believe it was coming in next few hours. Do I have to be worried?

Welcome to the community.

It sounds positive that you've received those emails. Maybe give it 24 hours, and if you still haven't heard anything by then, send a message to the email address on this BT Virtual Rewards Cards help page.

Hi this hasn’t been resolved still nothing and I emailed and was told to wait 30 days, my issue here is with the wording”shortly” and sending the texts and emails it makes you expectant

I understand your frustration @Ryan197, but your reward card will arrive within 30 days, so it may be sooner. 

I will pass your feedback on about the wording in the email, however, and see if we can make this more clear for customers moving forward.

still not card, emailed and so not helpful? 30 days expires on Tuesday
