Hi
I tried to sign in to view my bill, but My BT app refused to let me log in and the website said no bill exists. I did notice that certain details were incorrect. An inactive account number, the source of the problem? Appears my account is inactive and linked to the wrong information. I was unable to change the details online myself.
If somebody could point me towards a solution that would be great.

Sorry that you're having trouble with your online account. Check out Adding an account on My BT | BT Help and see if you're able to add your current account to your BTID and let me know how you get on.

Thanks added the right number to my account. I can use the app and check my bill now.
