I can’t activate the Xbox game pass. I have the button to add the game pass so it is on my account to do so then I get a message to phone a number and I am not getting through.
Do I get emailed an activation code as I was under the impression I activated it via MyBt which is what I am trying.
Any help or suggestions please.

@Rach_H I spoke to someone on live chat yesterday who said they will get an activation code emailed to me but I recieved another email with the link to add it from the bt website. This link doesn’t work.
I would just like an activation code emailed so I can use the game pass.

If you have spoken with the team yesterday, they should have completed a webform to our back office team, who will process the request and send you the code within 7 working days.

I did this 9 days ago still no activation code.
Should they be advertising something they have no intention of honouring ?.

Yes I’ve checked spam/junk.
i received an email telling me to follow the link to activate on my account but as I explained in chat, that didn’t work so I was told a code would be emailed to me.
