Have cancelled xbox game pass ultimate in my products over a month ago. Last official billing day was the 22nd. Xbox has also been removed from my products in BT After some phone calls i thought that was the end of it. My xbox account is still linked to BT/EE and instead of saying xbox sub expires on 22/2/24 or somthing to that effect it now says auto renew on and im unable to change this. My sub is still active via BT/EE but im also not being charged. Hope the mods can help? have seen similiar requests previously.

still waiting till the billing cycle ends on the 22nd of this month, not being charged but its becoming annoying.
