Can anyone help? I've been trying to claim the xbox game pass for weeks now, but can't get past this message:
I've tried calling the helpline but the calls just terminate or want me to report a broadband fault

Hi Adam, when you call our Customer Services number you press 1 for home and broadband and then 1 again to get through to our billing team.
They should be filling in a form to send off to our internal Xbox team providing they can't claim it for you.
