I’m currently having an issue where I used a 12 months game pass BT subscription which has now expired but my Xbox game pass is stuck saying it’s still managed by BT. Xbox are blaming BT and saying BT need to remove the management. Has anyone been able to resolve this?

Hi, I am having the same issue and it’s extremely frustrating, BT CS have no idea around this issue and it’s a pretty big one. I no longer have access to my own account, I cannot purchase from BT or Microsoft.
