Can someone help me with getting my previous BT xbox game pass subscription unlinked from my Microsoft account. I have no active subcription. Microsoft are unable to delink and have directed me to BT. And I’m unable to start a free 6 month i got with my new laptop as it say i need to manage through BT as i have an active subcription which i do not, due to this old linking with my old BT account.

I am sorry that it hasn't been transferred back to Microsoft yet.
We can get our Xbox Game Pass team contact Microsoft for support getting it sent back to them.
I'll send you a private message now so that we can open a complaint and get the team involved.
