along with others, I was given 6 months of Xbox ultimate for free but the email says to login to mybt (website not app)
However, the content partner section is not available. How do I go about claiming the code?

Hi, I’m also having issues with multiple BT ID’s so unable to claim my Xbox game pass code.
Call centre assistant unable to help and have just received an email saying my case/complaint has been closed (with no resolution) so hoping someone here may be able to help me?
