Hi, I had a 12 month gamepass offer that expired on 13/01/24, and as of today 16/02/24, my membership still shows on Xbox as purchased by BT/EE which is not the case. Can somebody assist me in getting the ownership handover to Microsoft underway, please? Thanks so much
