I'm trying to activate my 12 month pass but the system is continually under maintenance. Can you assist please. I've tried the phone number and the options as directed but the wait time is 1 hour?

When was your activation date? You need to wait at least 14 days cooling off period has passed before accessing MYBT. You could also try billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
Thanks for that. The 14 days have passed. I just managed to get through on the phone and they've applied for the activation code for my xbox account, to allow the 12 month pass to be added, it takes up to 7 days to complete.
